Top 10 Disney Villains Deaths

Hello, I am Ricky Tenlists and I am here on Blogger to show you my top ten lists. I feel this is the only way to do so without showing my identity. I hope you comment about future Top Tens you want me to do. As long as it involves movies, DVDs, games, actors, characters, TV shows, music or comics. I will do a Top 10 list on it. Now, to start off my first ever Top 10 List, I would like to talk to you about Disney Villains. Now, Disney was known for creating memorable villains, who could forget Jafar, Hades, Ursula, Dr. Falicier, etc. Now, the villains Disney created did all kinds of villainous things, involving power, greed, vanity or were just doing things just plain evil without a motive. And what were the most worthy punishments for their evil deeds...deaths...horrible, horrible deaths and today, I am going to do the Top 10 Disney Villain's Deaths.

WARNING: THIS IS MY OWN OPINION, YOU MAY AGREE/DISAGREE WITH IT, BUT IT IS STILL MY OPINION

#10- Shan Yu's Death

Now, Shan Yu was the main villain in Mulan (1998). During this scene, Shan Yu busts out of a roof and plans to kill Mulan with his sword. Now, with her fan, Mulan took Shan Yu's sword away, but instead of killing him with the sword (which meant the movie would get a PG rating). The Disney people did something else... well, just see.
Shan Yu goes on a collision course with the firecracker into a palace of firecrackers and they all go... KABOOM! TELL ME THAT ISN'T AWESOME! Now the reason, it is so low on the list is because... well, he gets killed by this guy...
whose voiced by this guy...
Yeah, next number...

#9- The Horned King's Death

He was the main villain from the Black Cauldron (1985), the edgiest and first Disney villain to cause his movie to get PG rating, and in one scene, that will surely scare kids is the Horned King's death scene. During this scene, when Taran and the Horned King arrive at the Black Cauldron, Taran clings to the floor, but the Horned King gets sucked into the Cauldron. Not being able to escape the Black Cauldron's force, the Horned King gets trapped for all eternity in the object he worked so hard to claim.
The death scene was amazing, creepy and dark-toned. The film, itself, is underrated. But there are greater death scenes to come...

#8- Maleficent's Death

She was a classic villain from Sleeping Beauty (1959). Now, by this scene, Maleficent tries to kill Prince Phillip (that name sounds lame), while in her dragon form. The two fight it out on a cliff side and with the fairies' help (they technically did all the work), Prince Phillip (still lame name) slays Maleficent in the heart with his sword. While, not as original, her death scene is classic and gives new meaning to the phrase "slay the dragon."

#7- The Wicked Queen's Death

She is the main villain in Disney's first film created, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1939). Now her death started a trend known as the Disney Villain Death. Let me explain first, when the Seven Dwarfs chase the Wicked Queen up a mountain, she plans to crush the Seven Dwarfs with a nearby boulder, but karma catches up with the Wicked Queen as nearby lightning causes the piece of the mountain she was on to crumble sending her falling down to her grave... with the boulder right behind her. Now, the Disney Villain Death is when a Disney Villain falls to her/his grave and by this time, it is getting kind of cliche. But still, like Maleficent's death, the Wicked Queen's death scene is a classic (and a first.)

#6- Hopper's Death

This is going to be my only Pixar example on the list from A Bug's Life (1998), but I knew I had to put it on my list because it did scare me when I was watching it at the age of 4. Now, I know what you're thinking what... getting eating alive by baby birds (you're kidding, right!) But think about it, wouldn't you be afraid of getting eaten alive by your predator (Not the movie franchise Predator). I thought so... and especially how Hopper reacts to it, getting eating alive isn't a pleasant death.

#5- Ursula's Death

Everybody that knows Disney, knows Ursula from the Little Mermaid (1989). I mean a fat half-mermaid/half-octopus is hard to forget especially if she has magical powers and unlike, other Disney Villains, Ursula almost won in the movie. So Ursula's death better be awesome as she is, so after Ursula reached Godzilla-sized from King Triton's crown. Prince Eric's (even lamer than Prince Phillip's name) ship crashes into Ursula's stomach and to add insult to injury, she gets shocked by lightning and sinks the ship along with herself in a way looking strangely like the Krakken sinking a ship. Ursula is an awesome Disney Villain, and her death scene is equally as awesome.

#4- Scar's Death

Scar was an awesome villain, too, from the Lion King (1994). I mean he killed his own brother just to be king and blamed it all on his nephew, Simba, but was he equally as evil when he finally became king. NO! He actually became a pussy (lame pun intended.) Yet after, he and his grown-up nephew get into a cat fight (another lame  pun intended), Scar blames his sidekicks, the Hyenas, on Mufasa's death. Yet instead of killing him, Simba just exiles him, but it's not over yet. The Hyenas didn't like the betrayal Scar put on them, so they ripped the lion-kabob to shreds.
And where is he now... Well...

#3- Clayton's Death

Now, in all honesty, I didn't watch Tarzan (1999), yet, but I f***ing know that the main villain, Clayton, gets one hell of a death. In this scene, Clayton is hunting our ape-man protagonist with his six-shooter in his zone (the vines) and Clayton still thinks he can kill him. Clayton races Tarzan through the vines but gets tangled in them so he shoots at them to get untangled, unfortunately, the last vine to shoot is the one around his neck. And then the poacher gets a brutal twist on the Disney Villain Death and gets hanged for his crimes against nature. Whoa, Disney is getting cruel on their Disney Villain Deaths! (P.S. You can actually hear Clayton's neck crack when he gets hanged)

#2- Judge Frollo's Death

For the movie, The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996), I am surprised it only got a G rating, I mean half-naked woman, plot-revolved around Christianity and god, and a religious judge who wants to have sex with a gypsy fugitive. Lord, this is a Disney movie (Ironically, the adult-humor is what I love about this movie). Anyway, for the villain, we have the cruelest priest ever. He kills the Hunchback's mom, planned to kill the Hunchback named Quasimodo as a baby, wanted to bone a gypsy fugitive named Esmeralda and burn Paris down with MOLTEN LAVA AND HE'S IN A DISNEY MOVIE (I Love This Disney Villain)! Anyway, his villain death is freakin' worthy of the #2 spot. After BURNING DOWN PARAS, Judge Frollo, finally, decides to kill Quasimodo whom he raised for 20 years, along with Esmeralda whom he TRIED TO BONE and a chase ensues atop of gargoyles above molten lava where Judge Frollo planned to slice Quasimodo and Esmeralda with a freakin' sword. Instead he hangs on a crumbling gargoyle that comes to life (symbolizing demons) and Judge Frollo falls into a fiery pit, which is ironic because his last words were: "And he shall smite the wicked into the fiery pit."

And The #1 Disney Villain Death Is...

#1- Dr. Facilier's Death

A recent Disney film, The Princess and the Frog (2009), has a villain named Dr. Falicier who proves that our generation can make an awesome 2-D Disney Villain. Man, this Disney Villain was great, his voice was great (he's voiced by Goliath from Gargoyles), his design was great for traditionally animation and even his death was great and to me worthy of the #1 spot. Now, Dr. Falicier had the froggy Tiana on his cane, but she used her slimy tongue to get a magic Voodoo talisman that she breaks. So the Voodoo spirits came to DRAG DR. FACILIER TO HELL, because the deal was off and Dr. Facilier couldn't live anymore. The reason it is #1 was because:
1) The Voodoo Spirits were singing his villain song
2) Creepy Dolls and Heads came out
3) THEY DRAGGED HIM TO HELL
Do I need to continue?

And that is my first ever Top 10 list, send me your own ideas for Top 10 lists, just comment!

  1. Nice Top 10 list. All great deaths. Frollo's death is the best in my opinion, but I respect yours.
